week 2 reflection

Within this weeks assignment, I have listened to the interviews, done my review of other action research topics, and somewhat don't understand why part 3 of this week's assignment didn't fall with week one assignment. I sat down with my site supervisor (stood-up rather) and we discussed the possible difficulty of my research project.  Might step on some toes, but may end up saying what some people have been thinking.  The only failure is the failure of not trying. The part 2 assignment I will say I found most difficult having to provide an example I thought matched with each of the nine areas. Staff development, individual teachers, and individual students proved to be a funny making sure I was not repetitive with my answers. I took away from the interviews a few examples of actual implementation of action research, so I do have a better understanding of a finished product.  When the summer comes, I might read all of the dissertations they did. Dissertations really make you think about trying to pursue that doctrine!
